Through this experience gained by a mix of engineering, software, construction, procurement, operational improvement, project and asset management expertise, with numerous years of implementation experience, each who possesses technical, industry, and management expertise, we have developed:

Since 1996 we have generated 1210 mining cost benchmark models with project values fetching up to US$ 5 billion, during which we simulated the Clients’ mine site conditions and imported geological and mine engineering data basis of up to 100 Gb of which the annual ROM production on some exceeded 60,000,000 tpa. During this time we have developed and applied resource data basis with Life-cycle costing of more than 300 different equipment models and sizes.

Procurement to the tune of several hundred million US Dollars worth of open-pit mining contracts, inclusive of the drafting of commercial agreements in logistically challenging and remote mining areas, including but not limited to countries such as Kazakhstan, Tanzania, DRC, South Africa and other. Aforesaid procurement, which more often than not, is followed through by management of the commercial agreement as Clients Representative. 

We have integrated the expertise of our partners and deliver end-to-end IoT platforms, connect multiple devices, controllers and sensors, in a real-time manner, analyse and monitor the data, and then use the learning, to predict an outcome and finally act upon the data. This enables us to support our customers with decision making in a real-time manner, reduce equipment failure, increase safety, minimise downtime and result in end-to-end automation.

TacminMadini sets up a virtual project management office (VPMO) for every project assigned. Unique to our VPMO's are our Business Platforms that are specifically designed, developed and deployed to cater for all technical aspects relating to asset management. Thereby affording our Client's personnel the opportunity to access our platform and retrieve data or get real-time knowledge and insights into asset performance.
