Given Tacmin’s independent project management approach during mining contractor management assignments, as we generally do, we focus on  optimal mining practices and our expertise are fully capable to support in every aspect of mining. From dispute and claims resolutions to mine re-engineering or asset and maintenance improvement, we treat and manage mining contractors as if they are the mine owners assets.
