OUR APPROACH

Structure the Delivery Model

Establishing how the assignment will be governed, integrated and delivered.

Tacmin establishes the delivery structure, governance, interfaces and implementation pathway appropriate to the assignment. The model is configured around the owner’s requirements, existing capability, project stage and intended outcomes.

Our role may be structured as development partner, owner-side delivery lead, project integrator or principal delivery coordinator. Responsibilities and decision rights are defined so the owner retains strategic and commercial control.

Building the Right Delivery Structure

Every assignment requires a delivery model suited to its scale, complexity and implementation environment. Tacmin establishes how the required organisations, disciplines and workstreams will operate through one coordinated structure. The delivery model may define:

  • mandate scope and intended outcomes;
  • governance and decision-making arrangements;
  • owner and Tacmin responsibilities;
  • implementation priorities and sequencing;
  • consultant, contractor and supplier interfaces;
  • project controls and reporting; and
  • operational readiness and transition.

The result connects owner objectives with the leadership, capability and controls required for implementation.

Tacmin’s Role

Tacmin’s role is configured according to the assignment rather than a predetermined service model.

Development Partner

Evaluate the opportunity, establish the commercial and development pathway, align key stakeholders and prepare the foundations for commitment.

Owner-Side Delivery Lead

Represent the owner’s delivery interests and coordinate the teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers required for successful implementation.

Project Integrator

Connect multidisciplinary workstreams, responsibilities, interfaces and controls across engineering, procurement, construction, operations and stakeholders.

Principal Delivery Coordinator

Lead the delivery capability where the owner directly appoints consultants, contractors and suppliers while retaining contractual and commercial control.

Governance and Owner Control

The delivery model establishes clear authority, accountability and escalation pathways aligned with the owner’s existing governance arrangements.

The owner retains authority over:

  • strategic and investment decisions;
  • capital and commercial commitments;
  • appointments and contractual approvals;
  • material scope or delivery changes; and
  • cceptance of final outcomes.

Tacmin remains accountable for the leadership, coordination and integration responsibilities assigned through the mandate.

Scaled to the Assignment

The structure can begin with a focused requirement and expand as the opportunity or project develops. Capability may be adjusted as priorities and implementation requirements change.

This provides fit-for-purpose leadership without requiring the owner to establish a permanently expanded delivery organisation.

Scaled to the Assignment

Once the delivery model is established, Tacmin mobilises and integrates the specialist capability required to undertake the assignment.

Clear roles, interfaces and accountability enable participants to operate as one coordinated delivery capability.

Let’s Structure the Right Delivery Model

Define the governance, responsibilities and pathway required to deliver the assignment.
